Army Deals for all three races
Hi All,
I know that many people have expressed their interest in army deals especially since the current blisters don’t match the exactly formation numbers within the force organisation documents. As soon as these are packaged, I will that make all these deals available & let people know. They should all be online next week.
Due to the huge discounts, these deals are only available via our website & we unfortunately cannot afford to offer them to retailers at trade discount (we‘d be paying you to buy our minis - I’m afraid not even DRM is that nice, though we do our best!).
There are some great savings to be had and a brilliant way to start your army from scratch.
Please be aware that no bases are supplied, sorry

And just to illustrate the point......
The Andrayada £25 pack contains this little lot:
The £50 set has all this:
ANd the £100 deal has this horde (plus extras as noted - I dont have them myself for the "Studio army" yet!)
By the way - this is £133.50 worth of stuff!!! Worth noting, I thought!

And the Kraytonians..... well, *biased Krayt player mode engaged* they obviously look cooler, but the savings to your wallet are about the same
The £25 pack:
The £50 pack:
refused to photograph clearly - they were terrible when I loaded them onto my PC, so I'll get them set up again & re-shoot ASAP - sorry!
And the £100 deal in all its glory: £132.50 worth of Lizardy goodness!

This is obviously good news, however, at the top you say that the CURRENT blisters dont match the army lists, so from that i take it that at some point the contents of the blisters will match the army lists as well, happy days.
As it stands i wont buy the blisters because they dont match the lists, i hate having spare/unused models or having to buy extra blisters to make up more units.
cheers

More info will be in the News letter which should be out later today.
Basically, we dont like having blisters which dont match the force Orgs any more than you guys do! Unfortunately, its something of a catch 22.
Because of the way DRm models are produced, changing the packaging actually means changing the molds used to cast the figures as well. It is therefore actually quite a costly process & not something that DRM will be able to do overnight any time soon.
Hence the catch 22 - sales are needed to provide the capital to change the blisters over.
These deals are the first step to provide you lot with useable forces at the same time as providing capital for Doug to fund the mold changes. (The packs in these deals are supplemented by ziplocks full of loose figures which have been taken from other blisters to give you what you need)
The Majority of blisters are OK as they are though - you can still get useable armies for any of the races without many spares.

Just to reiterate what Paul has said as well as explain a little more the situation, I dont like the blisters being different and want to change them. During the time the Organisation lists were being done for the three races it was decided that in order to maintain individuality for each race the formations/broods/squadrons would possibly change. Once the lists were drawn up the army deals needed to be worked out, and although they will see the light of day next week, I can now look at changing the moulds in stages in order to get the blisters back into sync with the rest of the stuff. I made the decision to allow the change because I felt it was the right way to go, it should level out soon.
As Paul says its not all of them but there are a few that need changing. It will take some time and wont happen over night but the changes will take place as soon as possible to minimise any inconvenience caused.

Well done, gents! Even if you can’t, as you say, get this straightened out over night the simple fact that you’re communicating too us that you’re going to address the issue down the line when it’s practical to do so is huge. There are a lot of other “big” companies who should do so well by their customers.

What is the possibilty of getting a set of Pax Army deal pictures?
Mind you I think it may be academic as I intend to buy anyway but it could mean the difference between a £50 deal or £100.
Thanks
